Not counting the ones that are but here is what I think.

ISRAEl but after that it should be

2. India

4. South Africa

5. Chile

6. Argentina

7. Croatia

8. Poland

9.Russia

10. Saudi Arabia

The ones i pick either i like the country, has culture religion, has history, not know, or has good food. South Africa is hosting Fifa cup so they potentially put that in there.
